Roof Replacement
We handle the whole replacement from permits to final inspection. Our Exira office pulls the permit, coordinates the dumpster, runs the crew, and schedules the building inspector. You sign the contract and we handle the rest.
Roof Repair
Missing shingles cause water intrusion through the exposed underlayment and decking. We don't just replace the missing shingle. We check the deck for moisture damage with a Protimeter pin meter, replace any compromised underlayment, and weave new CertainTeed Landmark shingles into the existing pattern.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind damage doesn't always look obvious from the ground. Lifted shingles, broken seals, exposed nail heads. You can't see any of that without getting on the roof. Our Exira inspector does a full 27-point inspection, free of charge.
New Roof Installation
A new roof installation starts with getting the specs right. Roof pitch determines your material options. Attic space determines ventilation needs. Local code determines underlayment requirements. We handle all of that before the first shingle goes on.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam metal roofing with Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF finish. The coating that keeps color for 40+ years without fading or chalking. We install Sheffield Metals and McElroy Metal panels in 24-gauge Galvalume steel with concealed Z-clips. UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance. UL 790 Class A fire rating. Wind uplift tested to ASTM E1592. The only roof you'll ever need in Exira.
Shingle Roofing
Three-tab shingles are cheaper upfront but they don't hold up like architectural. We recommend them for sheds, detached garages, and rental properties where budget matters more than aesthetics. For your Exira home? Go architectural.
Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Exira areas.
Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Exira commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.
Gutter Installation
If your gutters overflow during rain, they're either clogged, undersized, or pitched wrong. Sometimes all three. We'll assess the issue and fix it. Might be a cleaning, might be a replacement.
Roof Inspection
We climb up, walk the entire roof, and document what we find with photos and measurements. Takes about 30 minutes. You see exactly what we see. No mysteries, no scare tactics.

Skylight Installation
Skylights bring natural light into rooms that don't have it. Bathrooms, hallways, closets. We install VELUX and Fakro fixed and vented skylights with proper flashing kits designed for asphalt shingle roofs.
